2011 328xi Lease Deal
My dealer is offering me a:
2011 E90 328xi Jet Black/ Black Dakota Leather Premium Package Moonroof Value Package (ipod, heated seats, etc) Navigation Heated Steering Wheel Steptronic 36 Months / 12K Miles per year $2,900 out the door and $490 a month How does this deal sound to you guys? |

It doesn't seem right when I throw it into a calculator. Your 64% residual, .00200 MF (unless your BMWFS loyalty).
$2900 down, the taxes are only $1700. Even with all that said, I'm getting a selling price of $40,300. I'm assuming 725 for the bank fee, and 350 for misc fees, dmv etc. BUT I just built the car and got an MSRP of $42,415 so are you missing an option? or are you incorrect on MSRP?

I priced a similar car in December when I ordered mine. I didn't get steptronic or the heated steering wheel. He asked me for $1,850 down and $469 a month. I hope that helps.
