2007 E92 Brake Service

My car needs both front and rear complete brake service (rotors, pads, etc.) along with "parking brake service". Parkview quoted me 1210 + tax. Should I go with them and is there a trusted mechanic that someone can recommend me going to?

Thanks in advance. Always a great wealth of knowledge on this board.

I havnt gone in for brakes yet but that sounds like too much. Its just brakes, any mechanic can do it. Doesn't hurt to get other quotes. Even you could do it if you can. Look up the DIY section.

That's what I thought as well. Anyone have good experiences with any particular shops/mechanics in the Markham/Richmond Hill/Scarborough area?

Would highly recommend these guys!!!! great pricing...

Replaced back rotors and brakes (all OEM parts), cost me $395 + tax ($446.77). went to Bimmex in Markham (on Woodbine Ave). Used them a few times now and very impressed with their service and prices seem good. They only work on BMW's. 905-415-2269 (ask for Dave).

If i recall the fronts were going to be close to the same price when they are due to be done...
