Smile Lumbar Support

I found this a very good solution if you have a back problem.

Look at that, it fits right in there. Good lumbar support, you say?

I have a severe lower back pain and unfortunately my sports seat do not have a lumbar support. After consulting my physiotherapist, he recommended this lumbar support. AND IT WORKS!!

Thanks for posting this, do you have a part number or the size of this? I found them on Amazon but they list different sizes. I have the sport seats as well and I would like to have a similar fit as your.

Thanks again,
Jim

Yeah me too, thanks to my fiancee's uber soft pillow top bed. I found the sport seats to be lacking too.. May have to give this a shot. Thanks for posting!

Sizes will depend how tall you are.

Small - 5' 3" below
Medium - 5'4 - 6'3"

Not in Canada, My E92 328i have premium/sport package but the lumbar support & compass are not included. The US version of E92 328i, I think has.

Yes, but it doesn't work all that well. We use those memory foam cushions from the "Back Store" and similar places, they sell for around $20-25 each, and work really well. Eventually, the foam breaks down, and you buy another set. They last several years, though.

I have lower back pain and what works very well for me are the seat heaters. A little bit of heat on the back really loosens it up.

I have back problems, but the lumbar support on the car is too uncomfortable in any position when used, I have it off completely.
