How much of that is down payment (cap reduction)? (as opposed to first month, security deposits, fees, etc)

NuclearBoy, can you break that down as far as the $3000? We're trying to figure out what the cap cost reduction is if any. My payment is $753 maxing out the security deposits for a 335IS CONVERTIBLE and the MSRP on mine is $67,075 and I'm getting $500 over invoice. Your deal sounds high!

UPDATE: I'm not putting any cap cost down, but I likely will be to lower my payment just below the $750/month mark so my security deposits are at $750 per deposit and not $800.

He has no idea what he's talking about. He didn't pay attention to the break down of fees and cap costs.

You already bought yours?

Which is probably why he is paying a lot higher than he should... Mine is arriving in Port Hueneme on Tuesday. Probably in a week I should have it. I went thru the numbers in Dec. when the financial manager locked me in for the rate at the time plus BMW's Pull Forward program.

ooo plus you got the holiday cash.
Do you mind me asking what you tax rate is there?
And how many miles did you get?
36 months I assume?
I'm going to build a lease using today's rates and residuals to see how it compares to then.

Yeah... that's about right.
Right now I could do $775 on a $67,950 car with $0 down towards cap reduction
