WW Tracking?

I am trying to find out if my vehicle made it onto a Wallenius Wilhelmsen ship. After reading the many threads on the subject, I went to the website, clicked on track and trace and nothing comes up. This has been happening for two days. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there another way to track the vehicle to see if it made it onto the ship (besides calling my CA)?

I'd call your CA. It doesn't always show up right away, and oftentimes doesn't show up at all. Your CA will have all of that info and more.

Nothing comes up as in the web page does not load? If so, try Internet Explorer. Fire Fox, Safari and Crome do not work for me on their site.

It was a safari problem. Switched to IE and it worked fine.

did it come up on their site?? A ship just sailed and my VIN isnt showing up yet but maybe it takes a day or so just wondering

Not yet...says "no records found." I'll let you know if I made it or not.

nothing yet ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh if im not on the AIDA im gonna be bummed..at least I know its built the BMW website still has my car on order lolll

My CA sent me an email yesterday. Hopefully I make the Mignon on the 10th! Are you on the Aida?

There is a K-line ship leaving port one day earlier getting into Baltimore 3/21. May want to check that - it is the California Highway. I am currently "being transported to the port of exit" and hope to make that ship.

Since my dealer is in PA, wouldn't that automatically mean my car goes go NJ?

I made the AIDA got a email from my CA but it still isnt showing up on the WW Website but shes on it

Did u make it on?? Mine still doesnt show up on WW website and the BMW Website still has my car on order haha. I would call your CA or the 1 800 number those 2 are the most accurate especially the CA.

I'm on the Mignon. All BMW info is correct for my vehicle (website and 800 #). Haven't checked the WW site since early this AM since it won't work with Safari. Did you make it to port yet?
