Stay Away from Greyhound Shipping
I shipped a bumper and LCI tails from Cali to NJ. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. There was no tracking whatsoever. When it did arrive, it was obvious the motherfuckers opened the box, rummaged through everything and didn't properly put fragile items back. LCI tails came scratched up!

I personally shipped and received a whole bunch of bumpers, hoods, fenders and never had any problems.
They do provide with a tracking number (GLI number). It usually takes 3 days to get to the destination. I had bad experience with USPS, FedEx and UPS, but never with Greyhound.

Bumpers are so damn expensive to ship. Greyhound is the only reasonable way to ship a used bumper. For the money you get for a used bumper it really isn't worth shipping otherwise.
