Hey guys so I have a 11 335i Alpine white M sport. I'm debating if I should put a black vinyl roof top? Do you guys like that look? I'm in the middle right now and can't decide. Thanks for your opinions in advance!

Black roof is always a good look. Doing mine next week, but with vinyl.

What's a black vinyl roof, is that like with landau bars and coach lights? I've not seen that on a BMW but I did see it done on a new buick regal and it looked pretty retro.

I think OP means this:

Picture borrowed from aw328. I think it depends on whether or not you're doing other mods. With wheels, a drop, lip, and spoiler it looks good. If you're going stock or OEM look, I'd go without the black roof.

do thye vinyl it looks sick... if you are in the queens area check out impressive.. ptretty chill guys to be honest and they do great work in a good amount of time

I think it helps the look of the car, but won't it make your car hot as hell? I think the look is really only appropriate on the E92 M3 for carbon fiber purposes.

Definitely do it, especially since you car is white... + black grill, black trunk lip, black rims

Do it. Black roof on AW looks great even on a relatively stock car...

IMO, I would avoid the black rims.

Look at the pictures and do what makes you happy. I love a white roof. I also happen to like the new 135 racing stripes (mimic the 135 tii if you have GT5).

Everyone's different and you have to live with your car, and your wallet.
