towed on adelaid and they gave me a flat! what to do?

the other posters had it right. you are SOL since you cannot establish causation.

I think you are going to have an uphill battle. Once you leave the tow yard, dealer, valet parking garage or whatever they can say it was fine when you left so we are not responsible.
