Maybe.
But will it look right with flared front arches and no flared rear arches? No, it'll probably look shit. IMO

Was the M3 bonnet and wings not made slightly longer to prevent M3 replica's?

It was Egypt I think briers.
The thing is that was a serious conversion process. It looked almost like a chop shop!! As for the OP's question I have no idea. Trying giving Teddy at SSDD a call or M-Style (mixed reviews about M-Style though). Sadly it seems with each passing day more and more E9x cars are falling into the hands of the typical "street" modders out there. No worries though, it will make my unmolested E92 look better against all the badly modified ones!! |

If you change the full front end the m3 parts will fit. You may need to change the bumper bar as these are different on the m3. The slam panels should be the same on all e92's. The Genuine m3 side skirts will not fit as the rear arch's are wider.

If I was you, I would just turn it into an Autovogue look...if you don't fancy an M sport look...It would probably be an easier solution and a better one. You wouldn't want M3 badges with a rattling diesel unit underneath..would you?

I think you're getting pretty decent advice here you know, the wings of an M3 are flared, so they are wider than normal and if you haven't got the parts on at the back of the car then you're car will look odd.
Odd to the point where anybody that would recognise it as an M3 would a second later know it to be a half done replica. Course you could have the backs done too but thats not a bolt on bolt off job, it'll take ages and cost loads. Just think about it, you don't want to end up with a car that you know looks a little bit odd and then you're having to either pay money to fix it or you're getting rid of it for cheap, modded cars generally do not carry a premium. Anyhow your money your choice, have a look at the cyprus replica thread, looked like a LOT of work to get that looking proper!
