I am going to order a 2011 335i with

CCZ - Black Dakota Leather

ZPP - Premium Package
ZMP - M Sport Package
S0302 - Anti-theft alarm system
S0639 - BMW Assist with Bluetooth
S0688 - Harman Kardon surround sound system

S0465 - Split fold-down-rear seat

MSRP $53675.00
Invoice $49330

just want to know what is the fair price for "out of the door"?

Sounds like a sweet setup. No Heated Seats?

Just a suggestion but why not get the Convenience Package for 1800, your paying 900 for the comfort access and alarm.

With that setup and what people are saying you should be aiming for 500-1000 over invoice. Edmunds says you should pay $50,203

Heated Seats is useless in my area, so I think I will save that$900 for something else,

heated seats aren't in the conv. pack. its PDC, comfort access, alarm and sunshade

That's for automatic transmission on the 335i - the dealer should add that automatically.

When I placed the order on my car in December, I had to mentioned it to the dealership. They did not automatically offer it to me. I found out about the credit from fellow members on here.
