cold days: Cabin dash area vibration noise

On cold days like today, -16 and -20 with windchill, on cold start up, the car has cabin space vibration noise, coming from the front centre dash area, for like 30 seconds then goes away.

do you guys experience this as well? My car is 09 and didn't expect this from a bmw. But even my friend's Lexus is350 does this...so.maybe this is acceptable?

might be your air vent fans....I think this is a common issue
