Custom 19" Tire Size Question

I am thinking of going with the Linea Corse LC 818s when my 335i Coupe M Sport arrives. I don't plan on lowering the car. I know the correct setup would be 235/35 and 265-275/30 but I am worried the sidewalls are too thin for NY, and a bit more tire looks better in my opinion. Can I go with 235/40 and 265-275/35? I am aware the ride height will be slightly higher but the wheel wells should fill up nicely. Are there any other drawbacks? noticeable handling difference? rubbing? etc.

Tires would be Continental ExtreemeContact DW

If you want a slightly thicker sidewall, a good option would be to use possibly a 245.35.19 tire front and a 275.30.19 rear instead of the 235.35.19 & 265.30.19

35 series for the rear is too tall and you'll run into issues.

What are the offsets your working with here?

is the rear 10" or 9.5?

The is a small chance a 275/30 will rub in the rear, on bumps and dips.

Just watch it, if it rubs - roll the fenders and you will be good to go

the offsets aren't overly aggressive u should be fine with either size combo..
