CPO Extended Maintenance plan

I bought the CPO Extended Maintenance Plan with my recent 2007 CPO purchase. This adds two more years or 50000 miles to the "free" maintenance plan. If I sell this car, does the Extended Maintenance Plan transfer with it? (I know the CPO status stays with the car).

is that the 5 years 100,000 miles? if so, yes, i bought a used cpo and i have the 5 year 100,000 miles
