Good price?

Hi all - current A6 driver, former E46 ZHP driver, looking to get back into a 3 series. Maybe pulling the trigger on this car and wanted some pricing feedback.

07 335xi, manual, 26K miles, sport, premium, and cold weather packages. Xenons, Jet blk on blk leather. $26K

Fair price? Good price? Great price?

Is it a CPO? I know the MB dealership was willing to give me 23.8 for my non-xi in a sport, 2007, 20k, it has an extended warranty to 7/100. I would say that if CPO the price is in the ballpark, but I'd try to get them to take 24k. Remember, these cars have no resale, so don't let the list price come into play. I just got an email saying take 25k off of any of 3 brand-new 650i's in stock. Imagine what that does to the resale of anyone who bought such a car last year, or the year before. If you're talking about a sedan then I'd say the price is a bit high. Not sure if there were xi coupes in 2k7.

Sedan, no CPO at that price, Factory warranty is up Nov 2011. I could probably get it CPOed, but price would be $28K.

hmmm....in that case, I would say the price is only average. My dealership has right on their website, 2007 335i coupes for 29k CPO, and you know that what they advertise is not the bottom-line. These cars are a potential headache, so you want to be able to feel you got the price at a steal, not average, imho...

I bought my CPO 325i two years ago for $24K...regret not doing my research but I won't be making that mistake again.
