hi,
I have an 2008 x5 with 40,000 miles it still has the 50,000 mile warrenty. Its in excellent condition, I've been the only owner. White with black interior, and 21" black bmw rims, sirus radio, heated seats, cd, moon roof, i'm not sure what package it has. ****looking to sell quick to avoid turning it in , its still under lease till 2-14-11. I've went over my miles, and am figuring it gonna cost about $1500 just to return to the dealership!

Based on the pictures, you don't have
1. The sport package - no silver trim on the steering wheel
2. The Techonology package - no NAV
3. Cold weather pacakge - no heated steering.

You probably have the premium package, since you have heated front seats.
