original quote was for .00125 which is high. Initially he had quoted me $598+tax,
everything rolled in and no payment until the second month.

Then he came up with the above listed deal..

I suggest to go by financial elements of the lease, not by the final numbers. This way you can see were you are getting screwed:

2011 BMW 328i Sedan Lease (official rates from BMW)
24 Month – Residual 63% of MSRP – .00105 Base Rate
36 Month – Residual 57% of MSRP – .00105 Base Rate
This is based on 15k miles/year

What is the typical amount due at drive off?

I see that most are first mo, doc fees, tags title etc. Doc

Your drive off seems to be alright within few hundred dollars. First Mo+ Doc Fee (bank Fee) + License plates and registration.

Cap cost price is a bit high.

MSRP: $41,200

USAA PRICE: $38,960

Read more about leasing here. Your metrics needed are MSRP, Purchase Price (adjusted cap cost), residual percentage after 3 years, Money Factor all come into play before you can be comfortable with the deal.

Hit up Golffrrr here. He quoted me a great deal right off the bat. Since you are in CA, he would be a good resource for you.

Here is a thread with his contact info:

Good luck..
