Hello All, first of all congratulation for the amazing forum!

I am new here in the forum, new in US and I am looking for a coupe 335ixdrive.
Last week I found in a BMW dealer a Silver 2009 335 xdrive coupe, automatic - Steptronic, loaded with premium, cold weather and sport packages, black dakota leather, leather wheel, paddle shifts, bluetooth, alarm, ipod-USB connection, BMW free-maintenance program and manufacturing warranty both until 2013, and INCREDIBLE only 150 miles.
I rode it in a test-drive through hiway and city streets and it seems perfect, new. The car has never been titled and I ve just verified on CarFax the last odometer read,done on october/2010, was 25 miles .
The advertised call was 40K U$ but talking to them, they said that 38,5k would be a good offer.
As I am a beginner on the forum, on BMW`s and new on US I would like to have some advices from you.

Do you think 37k U$ is a fair offer to make?

Is CarFax records reliable?

Be silent wait for them to call you back and offer $35K see what they offer back.

Check all the lights exterior and interior, any yellow/red lights on dashboard, check the panels - fenders, quarter panels if they line up well, tires if they match. Doors - if they open/close nice and easy. Anything mechanical or electrical can be fixed under warranty, but they would be more willing to fix it before the delivery, before you sign the final papers and pay the money.
