[segfault]

I attempted to purchase my E90 here, but they refused to negotiate price, and insisted on MSRP plus their $499 doc fee. They were friendly enough, but I was handed off between no less than four different people during our discussions. I have heard good things about their service department, but have no personal experience there. The outrageous doc fee alone is enough to suggest to me that their sales department is slimy.
