Mine came today...I bought the car 10 wks. ago.

It has some dvd's, booklets, and an ID card with the VIN and roadside number.

Took several months to get mine.

I wouldn't worry about not getting one, there's really not much of anything in there.

did you happen to register for the owners circle on the BMWUSA website? I tried registering but it won't accept my VIN number...

Canadian car here and I did get a welcome kit though it's not the same as what the US guys are getting. It was basically a hardcover binder with the BMW story , contact info, and accessories preview. My roadside assistance card also came with the kit. No CD's or DVD's.

I picked up my car 3.5 weeks ago.

What's got me curious is that on the form letter, it's got the American CEO's signature, as well as the GM's from the dealership. Could it be that they send it to buyers who gave the dealership a good rating?

hehe haven't looked at the dvds yet but I see one person said there's not much to them....

I got my welcome kit about a month after I bought my car. It's just a flat white envelope with a nice BMW logo in the corner, and it had a slip of paper with "Amount Due: $474.90" on it. They keep sending me the same envelope every month. I'm going to call and complain about this.

My friend who bought her 328 off the lot in early December just get her welcome kit. I ordered my 335 at the same time, took delivery at the start of January, and haven't received it yet.
