Current Financing on CPOs

I'm hopefully going to be picking up a 2008 335xi coupe this weekend and read about the 0.9% financing.

Is the current financing specials only on certain models and if so what are they?

Usually certain models and years, and mostly newer cars. Also the loan term length.
