Extended warranty prices

Im currently in negotiations for an 08 335xi coupe with 48k miles. B/c of the mileage, I'm asking about extended warranty or certification and the costs associated with either. I'll make them include it in the purchase price but it would help if I knew the cost for either or both that others have paid for the negotiation. If you don't mind please reply with that info and any relevant details. Thank you.
