08 M3 E93 for 43k

Yes! I found an m3 convert manual pretty much stock with premium package only for $43k.... Sounds too good to be true? Website doesnt offer free carfax but i am a little worried that the price is that low.. Or is that avg? Let me know.
Btw only 13k miles on it

Usually low mileage low price is an indicator of the accident. Absence of a carfax is a flag an worth checking. Most likely though the accident was minor since it is very expensive to fix a major one on an M3 and the car would have been totaled.
