Does Anyone Know What These Connectors Are For?

I noticed them under the filter you remove when installing a tune. It is in the passenger side hole after you remove the filter and there are two plugs not connected. I noticed because while installing at night I was using my cell phone as a light and saw them down in there...I did my best to take pictures and hopefully someone knows. There appear to be brown and green wires attached to them if that helps at all.

It looks like they should be connected the way they are laying there so close together both male and female ends...

looks like the heaters for your windshield washer nozzles. Id plug them back in so your nozzles dont freeze when they are in use.

People think it sounds ricey, but my 1985 535 has them, and my E30 had them as well
