Is this a good price on a 2008 335xi?

I have an agreed price of $30,500 from the dealer on a 2008 CPO 335xi to buy tomorrow (year end sale).

29k miles
Steptronic
Sports Package
Premium Package
No I-Drive

Is this a good deal? I think the price is a pretty good one.

I saw those. I was looking long distance, but like the idea of buying at local BMW dealer because of getting a service loaner. They only do that for cars bought from them.

I forgot to mention it is a sedan.

Seems like you could do a bit cheaper.. My car was not an xi but had 25k miles and iDrive. and I got 29,500.
