South Florida Performance Work ????

I just picked up a 2008 Z4MC about 2 months ago. Besides taking my car to the dealer, which I would prefer not to do, I was wondering if they have any good performance shops in the Ft. Lauderdale area that do quality work.

I believe it was Unforgettable (where the USP comes from). Regardless he does great work, has fabrication capabilities and will be more than capable of helping you with your car.

PSI is a hike from SFL, my shop is 2 hours from there, and PSI is another 20-25 minutes from my shop.

I have been to USP as well back when I had my GTI. I think they are mostly a vw/audi shop though. They do nice work but tend to be rather expensive. A few months ago before I traded in my GTI for the M I called USP to get a quote on removing my after market suspension and putting the stock one back on my GTI...they quoted like $570. Needless to say I called up wolfcars in miami who did it for $250 (and did a great job).

I would like to find a reputable performance shop (preferably one that is BMW specific) in the ft laud area as well.

Redline performance BMW in Deerfield, haven't been there in a long time but it was owned by a guy named Rennie who aso raced with PBOC, he was good and reasonable. There is also Foreign Affairs in Deerfield or Coconut Creek owned by Bob Virella, excellent work but on the high side. My 2 cents.
