Deal is Avg. You should able to get it 35,000 OTD (out the door with all tax and fees include) with only premium pkg for a sedan. Make sure you are gething the 0.9 or the 1.9 APR if you fiance with them.

A 2011 328i with ZPP and AT and non metallic paint: $38,550 MSRP. The OP needs to tell us if he is buying or leasing. If leasing, rates will be different than the buy rates you have quoted above. Have you recently bought a 328, or are you just taking a guess? $35,000 including all taxes and fees - Your dreaming.

That looks like a good price. Got mine for $36,600, 3 weeks ago. Taxes extra.
Brand new 328i, Black, premium pkg, moonroof, steptronic, navigation. Included $1500 rebate and 0.9 finance. |

Yeah OP, just be firm when negotiating. Look up the holiday credit and use that to your advantage. Aim for below invoice and they should be able to compromise with you around that price if its reasonable. Remember to get the floor mats! they should come with the car for no extra!
