CBS Codes/Messages

Just wondering if all of these CBS codes/messages have to be cleared by the dealer? I am changing my oil at 7500 mile intervals but my maintenance plan is up in April.

So, after April I'll have no way of clearing the oil change message at the 15000 mile interval. Does anyone know how to manually clear/reset it or do I have to take it to the dealer? How much would they charge for that?
