new 335is convertible owner

Hello, first BMW that i ever own and i am loving it!!
the ultimate driving machine...

so, i am still learning all the terminology, N54 engine vs N55 engine...E90 vs E92...etc...etc.

correct me if I am wrong.

so, 2011 335IS convertible still uses N54 engine/twin turbo(NOT twin scroll single turbo), and it's called E93, right??

i think the 2011 335is has a N55 engine...(correct me if im wrong) and
yes a 335is is a E93, (correct me if im wrong again lol)

All 'is' have special version of N54.

2011 335is models are not included in the recall. I have not heard of any 2011 Issues with the pump. In another post, the key is to know the manufacture date of the pump. Anything after 03/10 is the new pump that's being used in the recall.
