All dash lights on

Here in the UK we're having big problems with the snow at the moment. Today I took my 320d se out and came across a small incline, which it struggled with massively. Giving it some beans I was able to get the car up the incline - lots of wheel spin, etc.

Half way up the hill all my dash lights come on (TC, ABS, Seatbelt, EML, ...). I thought when I turn the car off and back on they might go away....but they aren't!?

Any know if this is a common thing, and if I'm able to get the lights to turn off?

Check fuses. Pulling fuse 20 on n52s and 26 on n54s will disable abs,as well as a number of other systems.
