Looking for a new Lease

I am coming off my lease on a 2008 335i coupe in april and I am looking to roll into a new 335xi coupe. These are the options I am looking at:
Le Mans Blue Metallic
Black Leatherette
6-SPEED STEPTRONIC AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION (205)
COMFORT ACCESS KEYLESS ENTRY (322)
DVD-BASED NAVIGATION SYSTEM (609)
HARMAN KARDON SURROUND SOUND (688)
HEATED FRONT SEATS (494)
IPOD & USB ADAPTER (6FL)
M SPORT PKG (ZMP)

Invoice for this is around 51,415 and Msrp is 55,225. I know there is the a holiday credit, X Drive incentive and BMW loyalty credit. Is expecting something around 2k down, 550-575 a month realistic for 3yrs at 10k? I paid like 658 and 2k down back in the day.
