Fuel 91 Octane or higher?

I just picked up my 2007 E90 328i this weekend and am loving it. It's a nice upgrade from my E30.

I see the recommended fuel is 91 octane. Do you stick with that or go with something higher like a 93 or 94? Any advantages to fuel economy with higher octane fuel?

i usually use 91 or 92 depending on where im filling up, just not in the mood to pay a couple extra cents for 93
