Anyone know which Sytner she's based and who might be the next best contact; Darren Edwards??? The query is regarding an AUC.

I dont really have any contacts in sales, but have dealt with a guy called Danny Hill in used sales before and he was pretty helpful.

I recently bought a 335i AUC from Sytner Leicester.

I delt with Peter Kirby. I got a great discount, and had the car delivered to my door!!

Lost service book shouldn't be an issue, unless services have not been recorded centrally in BMW's database.

In fact I didn't have a service book for our car because we weren't given one when it was delivered new, but since all the services were recorded electronically anyway at Park Lane/Harold Wood, we were able to sell the car on without issues.

When buying a car, should always check with the dealer what electronic records they have for services. Hope you find the right car for you soon

As for Anneka, she is usually at Chigwell BMW/Mini. But I understand she is Sytner divisional so covers all Sytner BMW's across the UK as well as other brands.
