Manual/paddle shift --> DS mode?

Is there a way to go back to DS mode after using the paddle shifters? I like to drive in DS mode, then downshift for some quick spurts on the freeway. After a bit I want to go back to DS, but the only way I've found to do this is to move the shifter back to the right to D mode, then back again to the left to DS.

When you're on DS mode and want to downshift, just press the paddles. Car will downshift as if it was on manual mode. Keep on driving, you'll see that car automatically goes back to DS mode after around 10 seconds.
