I found a CPO 2009 328i at a local dealership with the following specs and the price seems really decent but the car fax shows the original owner only had the car for 8 months. Should I take that as a red flag, perhaps a lemon, possible the owner could not keep up with payments? Any other scenarios? I almost feel like it's underpriced which I speculate is the case because of something wrong with the car, although the carfax says it's price $80 above retail book value. Your insight and opinions is much appreciated!
