brakes squeaking

hey guys just wanted to ask how often does a 335i have to have brake pads changed cuz. yea as the title says my brakes are squeaking. just the rear ones.. any how i'm thinking maybe the weather may be affecting it a little bit too.. any inputs would be good.. just got the car a month ago.. it's cpo 335i and just had wheel alignment done as well a little over a week ago.. thanks guys.

weather! mine are doing it too, just got them changed a couple months ago too.

the clips on the rear brake probably put backward lol they did that to my 335i took me a month to figure out why it squeaked

Hmmm, my rears just started squeaking too. I have about 33K on my car and the service info says I have another 12K to go for rear brake pads and get this, another 60K for fronts! Will the front pads really last 90,000+ miles? I highly doubt it. Anyhow, I don't know why the cold would cause this but perhaps that's the culprit. I made an appointment to have the dealer look at mine. I hate the squeaking!

damn i hate it too man.. i only have like 11k on mine... let us know how it goes.. btw i found these brake squeak packets in autozone.. suppose to stop squeaking but don't want to put anything on my rotors unless it's been used before by someone lol

Please go check out the brake sensor , you probably hearing the sensor rubbing against the rotor.

You may not see the warning indicator but 335i brake sensor is known for this issue

I had the same issue with the sensor. Definitely get this checked out.

alright... hum.. the dealer i bought the car from is a good 30 min away.. and honestly it's getting annoying driving to and from there.. anyhow there is bmw tenafly which is ten minutes away... can i bring the car there and they can work on my car free of charge? or no.. i just really don't want to get duked..
