I was looking for one as well a little while ago. Correct me if I'm wrong but isnt the m3 knob bigger and can fit over your existing knob?

yea I was thinking of retro fitting it, and just putting mine underneather it

you need to rip the adapter out of your stock one and replace the one in the m3 knob with it. that or live with it siting a few mm to high.
