high beam problem !! angel eyes

how do y turn on the high bem in the day
I have bi-xenon,automatic headlights and i-drive !!! dont have adaptive i try set ok the day time runing lights but nothing hapend pls help

The middle lights are DRL (day time running lights). You can turn them on/off in idrive. The high-beam is your xenons aimed higher.

just to add to what nyc3r said,
the middle lights (halogen bulbs) act as DRL as well as "flash to pass" high beam

so today i turn on the DRL from the I drive menu and......nothing happen..... i turn the switch on the parking light and the angel eyes appered ....i turn on automaticly and they where on [ angel + xenon] ...............so may questions is WTF is DRL for??????????????????

Not sure how it is on the E90, but on my E92, this is the cornering light. Everytime you take a turn, it will come on a light the direction in which you are turning.

Lights have to be on automatic though.

only on e92 amd e93 not on e90 or e91

Check through your profile settings once more. When set, DRLs come on automatically at start-up. DRLs are deactivated once you turn on the main lights.
