Pulled the trigger today with my CA. I have placed my order for a new E90 and have my production number. Here are the specs:

2007 328xi - Alpine White / LEMON Leather / Light Poplar wood
Steptronic trans
Premium Package (ZPP)
Sports Package (ZSP)
NAV/iDrive (March production with programmable buttons)
Heated Seats
Power sunshade package
Xenons
Sirius Sat. Radio
6FL iPod/USB integration

EDIT: Added Parking Distance Control

No on the lease, but yes on the very early MY2006 build. My car will just about two years old when the new one arrives.
