The (very) few things I don't like about my E90
While my 328xi, now 1 month old with 1,500 miles is far and away the best car I ever owned (and I've recently owned a 2000 TL, a 1999 A6 and a 2004 Lexus ES300), there are a few things on my BMW that could use some improvement.
Other than that, the 328xi is a home run!

Pretty convenient for me. Forgive the camera phone pic, I can't find my real camera atm.

Agree. I have basically the same car. I was actually telling my wife tonight at dinner (she kindly pretended to be interested) that I love pretty much everything about this car -- but the radio sucks! Mine also has a gremlin inside that "forgets" my station presets and then remembers them again at random intervals. It is also very "clumsy" to channel surf while driving.

could you be using a different key fob? the radio presets can be programmed to your specific key... if one day you use a different one this could cause the confusion.

One thing I don't like about my E90 is the FM radio only steps in 200 KHz increments (xxx.1, xxx.3, xxx.5, xxx.7, xxx.9, etc.) while the frequency band here is divided by 100 KHz. Consequently I can't pick up my local radio station at xxx.2. But this will be remedied by moving to the U.S. this year.

I agree with the Sirius issue. Whoever designed it should have spent a week with a Sirius Sportster or Starmate (like mine).
I just wish the song name and artist would be displayed when the map is up. Maybe in the right hand window. That would be logical (sigh).

MP3 capability means CD changers are not necessary IMO.
I don't like the lack of search by POI name on nav and the relatively poor visibility around the car. Compared to my old Civic, the E90 has tons of blind spots behind it and to the sides.

I can't believe my E90 didn't come with a tape deck....
On topic, I share the same sentiments on the Sirius set up, it lacks so many convenience features I also wish our E90s came with the euro spec dash storage compartment.

my biggest little gripe? Steering wheel does not have enough adjustability. It moves in the right directions, but not "out: towards the driver enough. The auto wipers move a notch too fast for me, even on the lowest setting. There shold be a full manual mode.
