Hi Guys,

I dropped off my car with Thomas yesterday and am now back in the states (pics soon, after I get off jet lag!).

My concern is that my car has the following problems:

1. Hotel bellhop scratched my car up while removing luggage and they are very bad scatches on the rear bumper. Unfortunately, since car was dirty, the full import of this didn't sink in until I washed it before drop off.
2. Someone has scraped my rear bumper with something and left some rubber really adhered to the finish
3. there are several nicks and one small dent on the front bumper.
4. Car door has a small issue.

Thomas told me to contact the BMW insurance contact in the US to get these taken care of. Anyone know the process here or been through it? I assume all these will be taken care of?
