Procede V4 de-install question

I have been running the v4 now and i am absolutely in love with it. Just wanted to know, after i take it out (or before) should i be clearing any codes via the command center or my BT scan tool? I am having vanos issues and now fuel pump codes come up after some really long cranks. lately i have been getting misfires but i figure i can leave those codes there to point the dealership into the right direction as they are appearing due to either the hpfp or vanos. Thanks

If you have the BT interface already, just check the codes and verify what they are. If no tuner codes are found, I would leave any others in there.
