Good buy?!

Hey everyone, new here but long time lerker.

Ok, so my brother is wanting is looking for a car and he found this e92 locally at a dealership. He thinks he can get it lower but he doesnt know what the price range for these go for so i'm asking you all if you think if it is priced too high or not. Here are the specs...

2007 BMW 328i Coupe
Alpine White
Grey Interior
43k miles
Auto
Premium Package
Ipod
Heated seats
CPO until June 2013

Pretty much all options besides sport package and navi... (I think)

They are asking $23,575.

What do you guys think?

The 335s are coming down in price. An 07 is a 4 year old car now, with the 11s already being out. Good luck in your search!
