Is this wastegate rattle?

I recently installed the BMS DCI and have been hearing the dreaded "police siren," at least when its not warmed up. Tonight I turned my car on, opened the hood and heard a weird noise; and then I realized, wow it sounds like all those youtube videos of people with wastegate rattle. decided to take a video to see what everyone thinks, and get some second opinions. Keep in mind the car is not warmed up.

Any advice would be helpful

No, that's just the Direct injection that you're hearing. It acts somewhat as a diesel so it's louder than the "normal" engine.
A wastegate rattle would be more like recing it up and then while it drops you would hear a loud metallic noise ticking.

No its not but you need to rev it and when the rpms decrease you will hear this chatter of metal....BTW you keep you engine bay immaculate!

Ok, good to know, I've been doing non-stop research on it for the past 3 hours. And I guess the turbo whine when the engine is still cold is ok too?

Haha, thanks, I like to keep it looking nice. Not bad for a car thats almost 3 years old huh?

I guess I will install my mods, I was worried about doing that because I didnt want to have to take everything right off to go to the dealer.
