Myth or Fact??? (Speeding + Changing Lanes in Tunnels)

so a couple of friends and i were having a chat about speeding/cameras/traps etc in hong kong...and one of them brought up the topic of speeding and changing lanes inside tunnels....so apparently (do not know if this is true or not), but if you do speed or change lanes you only get fined $200 because of the jurisdiction inside the tunnel belongs to the company that owns the tunnel and not the hkp?

is this a myth or fact????

please be a fact! hahahaha

well, my friend got pictured in western tunnel for speeding over 100/50 and his license got suspended

regulations are there, execution is the key...

refer http://www.legislation.gov.hk/chi/home.htm, search for the SCHEDULE under chapter 375.
