VMR | Wheels - 235/35/19 Stretched on a 9.5" V710 Well we've had a handful of customer inquire about how much of a stretch a 235 is on a 9.5" wheel, so we've got a few reference photos for you all. 235/35/19 Falken FK452 on a 19x9.5 VMR V710 Hyper Silver

Really not a fan of stretching wheels to fit onto wide wheels. Look at some/most VW's on the scene...running 8" tires on 11" wheels. It just doesn't look good. Some people love the look, to each their own. Plus, why wouldn't you want to pack as much tire on as possible?

Too stretched for me, but not bad for a 235/35 on 9.5" so I don't really know why everyone says Falken FK452 runs so narrow.

Hate that look. I'm all about a nice wide tire. Had 275's on 9.5" wheels on my Mustang and it was perfect with just a bit of bulge. Then had 315's on 10" wheels on my Cobra and looked mean as hell.
If you can only fit a certain size tire under the fender, what the hell is the point of having a wide wheel?? |
