Throttle housing

Just got a call from the dealer and my throttle housing has to be changed.

I've had some throttle blips during the summer, it was like the throttle signal died for a tenth of a second during cruising.
Once it got colder outside I started getting CELs.
Checked it with the BT cable and the error message was something like "throttle position sensor malfunction".

Anyhow, they´re swapping it out and I'm paying since I'm out of warranty.
Is this a common problem on the 335 and what might cause this besides build quality?
