fwiw, that's a toddler booster seat, not a baby seat. And you'd have to be a nutso collector to want to pay $500 for that when you can get something that looks better (imo) and is otherwise identical at any Costco here in the US for about $30. wtf, they're going to spill crap all over it anyway....

(be sure to put a towel under any kid seat when you use it as it'll protect against kiddo "emissions" and keep the thing from scratching your seat leather. Those kid seats scrape the heck out of your seatcovers)

Especially since BMW sells it for 76 Euros (about $100 - depending on the time of day)

+1 on that. I was wondering if it was a typo, and supposed to be $50.

Not to mention it looks hideous!

KBB must have said it was worth $500.

I would buy this "BMW Junior Seat III" in a heart beat since the back sits perfect for the seat belt. However, I am not willing to pay more than $75 (shipped) for it. I have a booster seat now and have tried various booster seats. None of them in my price range fit perfectly snug without having to make the seat stick out or go sideways for the seat belt to work.
