Why not take it to a indy shop and have them do a full inspection. (cost ~$50) Then go to the dealer and have them replace what's necessary.

Wastegates, turbos, injectors???

In all seriousness, indy shop or great and trustworthy SA. Then have them take care of the things that come up

+100 -- this is DEFINITELY the thing to do. Then take whatever they find to the dealer and have it fixed before the warranty runs out. If they find nothing, it will be worth the inspection cost for the peace of mind.
