Hi guys,

what is the difference:

Where does the M Mobility System go?

Did you also look at the Continental ContiComfortKit ? It's easier to use, quite compact, fits nicely in the trunk (at least on my sedan).

Never saw the M Mobility Kit, but it must mount somewhere in the trunk. It states it is for cars with Luggage Compartment Pkg.

The other kit is contained in it's own nylon bag and fits in the well under the trunk floor door nicely.

If you're planning on getting one - I would go with the Continental ContiComfortKit mentioned above. It is much cheaper, and having seen both side by side - I would venture a guess that same mfg. makes kit for both kits, only difference is BMW version has 'BMW' logo on the case.

You can see it here at TireRack:

I got the ContiComfortKit for $50 new from a forum member...

I stuck my M mobility kit under the trunk cover (I have e92). Fits nicely.

Any idea if any of these solutions mentioned above ruin the TPMS sensor?

Best ask your BMW dealer. I had the small compressor kit in my M3 never used it with the sealer that came with it.

All depends on the age of your car and the TPMS you have in your tires.

+1 on the ContiComfortKit. It fits nicely in the coupe trunk too. I just used it the other day to inflate 2 of my friend's punctured tires so she was able to get to a shop to have them patched. It is easy to use and works well and either with or without pumping in sealant.

Thanks for the tip, but I don't like the fact that you can't use your own refills. I plan on getting a can of Slime tire sealant, to use with the BMW compressor.

Plus, the difference between the kits over here is like $20

Oh, and I think the BMW kit is made by Dunlop: http://www.dunloptech.com/en/dunlop-...ty-system.html
