RPI-Ram Air Induction

"Utilizing the stock intake boxes, expect an 8-15whp gain with 70mph airflow."
does that mean you get the extra hp without any tunes?
Would a stock 335i gain that much hp? Sorry for asking such a dumb question. I know there are older posts regarding this product, but i'd hate to revive such an old thread with my question.
Thanks guys

with the scoops and filter on a stock system, there was a better throttle response. The air has no where to go but in the intake, I have a BMC Intake on my Honda CBR and its the shit. FYI the Scoops are a little sketch, i hate having to and drive screws into my car. I think its the best for the $$$. there will be haters all over the place here in a min...

its really not that bad, its in the radiator shrowd, no one will ever see it, I think the hardest part was taking off the grill inserts. If you take your time, have all the right tools, follow it all step by step, you will be ok. there are other scoops that people sell that are straight drop in, but after looking at our ductwork, it would be about the same amount of work. So to re-cap, if you mess up you wont damage anything anyone wil ever see or anything really importaint. I get alot of complements on them, but maybe that because my front bumper is cursed (its been parking lot backed into/hit like 4 times twice i watched it happen accros the parking lot) and people look at the damage and see the sweet scoops.

I've tried 4 sets of scoops (these included) and I truly believe that the Macht Schnell scoops are the best.
They're easy to install; they have a smoothe transition and they grab the most air.

+1

they are also very curved......which means the backside allows for better airflow into the radiator, which is somewhat blocked off by scoops.
